How we work
Count the orders first
Before anything moves, products, customers, and orders are counted on both sides. On the last big cutover that was 650 orders, every one accounted for.
Protect the rankings
Redirects go live with the store, and we check that the pages Google sends people to still answer. Rankings are usually the thing nobody checked.
Change it under live traffic
No maintenance page. The store keeps taking orders while we work, including a database cleanup three weeks before a sale weekend for a US manufacturer.
Hand back something your team can run
Reusable sections, documented decisions, and a short launch note, so the next campaign page doesn't need a ticket.
