Migrations

Migrate under live traffic. Zero data loss.

We move stores off Wix, BigCommerce, cPanel, and legacy CMS platforms onto Shopify, WordPress, WP Engine, or a fully custom stack — without losing orders, bookings, or search rankings.

Every path we've run

We've done nearly every migration path there is.

WixShopify

Full catalog scrape + import, consolidated multi-store builds.

BigCommerceShopify

Gap-filled product data, custom Shopify Functions for discount logic.

Headless CMSShopify

Browser-based data harvesting behind Cloudflare, CSV/API rebuild.

WooCommerceHeadless Next.js

Payload CMS + Postgres replatforms.

Hacked WordPressCustom Next.js/Sanity

Full recovery + replatform, multi-language rollout.

cPanelWP Engine

Host-to-host migration under live load, order-delta reconciliation.

Why this is different

Migrations fail on the details most shops skip.

01

Zero data loss

Every product, customer, and order record reconciled — not just the ones that migrate cleanly.

02

Live-traffic cutover

No maintenance-mode window. The store stays open and selling through the cutover.

03

SEO preserved

Full redirect maps, verified in Search Console — rankings don't reset to zero.

How it works

Five stages, the same on every migration.

01

Audit + inventory

Full catalog, order, and customer data audit on the source platform. Confirm what has to migrate and what can be cleaned up.

02

Parallel build

Build the destination store in parallel — the source stays live and selling the whole time.

03

Data reconciliation

Migrate and verify every record: products, customers, orders, and any orders that land mid-migration.

04

Staged cutover

DNS/traffic cutover with a rollback plan, timed for the lowest-traffic window — not a hard maintenance freeze.

05

Post-launch monitoring

Verify tracking, redirects, and order flow for the first weeks after cutover.

Hospitality / Dominical, Costa Rica

Villas Rio Mar

Recovered from a WordPress compromise, then replatformed onto a Next.js 16/React 19 monorepo across 4 languages with a live PMS booking integration preserved through cutover.

FAQ

What people ask before migrating.

Will our SEO rankings survive the migration?

If redirects are mapped and verified correctly, yes. We apply a full redirect map and confirm key URLs in Search Console after launch — that's a standard part of every migration, not an add-on.

Not sure if we need a migration or just a fix?

That's common. If your platform itself is the problem — outgrown, unsupported, or actively working against your team — that's a migration. If it's a specific bug, hack, or performance issue, that's usually our recovery service. Send us the details and we'll tell you honestly which one fits.

How long does a migration take?

Depends on catalog size and platform pair, but most run 4 to 10 weeks including a staged cutover and post-launch monitoring window.

Do you migrate customer passwords?

Passwords can't transfer in plain text for security reasons. We set up a first-login reset flow so customers authenticate without friction.
