Challenge
The site was custom-built years ago with custom plugins and no widely used template foundation. The previous developer was no longer available, so the team needed a partner to decode the structure, stabilize risk areas, and keep the platform maintainable as it aged.
Approach
We reverse-engineered the existing stack, mapped plugin/theme dependencies, and built a phased plan to improve security and backend quality of life. We also reorganized how the large product and image catalog is structured so staff can maintain it without friction.
