AI and automation

AI that does one job.And you can tell when it's working.

We use it every day to run our own shop. We set it up for yours, write the instructions, and host the agents so they keep running.

You're paying for AI subscriptions nobody can explain. A chatbot answers wrong and someone has to apologise. "We should automate this" has been on the list for a year. And nobody wants to touch the prompt because nobody knows what breaks. That's where we come in.

How we work

01

Start with the job, not the model

We pick the task first: the inbox triage, the product descriptions, the report nobody has time to write. Then we pick the cheapest model that does it well.

02

Write the instructions where your team can read them

Prompts live in plain language files your team can open, read, and change. No magic, no vendor dashboard you'll lose the password to.

03

Measure before and after

We time the job by hand first. Then we ship the agent and time it again. You see the difference in hours, not in a slide.

04

Keep a human on the exceptions

Every agent has a fallback to a person and a log you can read. When it's unsure, it asks. When it's wrong, you can see why.

Three ways in

AI audit

How long: One week

Who this is for

You have more than two AI subscriptions and nobody owns them. You want to know what you pay for, what each one actually produces, and what to cancel.

  • One week, fixed price, no obligation after
  • Every tool listed: cost, what it produces, who uses it
  • What to cancel, what to keep, what to automate next
  • A written report your team can act on without us

Agents, prompts, and automations

How long: Project price, usually 2 to 6 weeks

Who this is for

There's a job you want handed to a machine: inbox triage, product descriptions, the weekly report, bulk edits across a site. You want it wired into the tools you already run, and instructions your team can read.

  • Built into what you use: store, inbox, spreadsheets, CRM, WordPress, Shopify
  • Prompt development: we write, test, and version the instructions your agents and your people run on
  • Instructions kept in plain language files your team can open and change
  • Handoff is a working session with your team, not a PDF

Hosted agents

How long: Monthly

Who this is for

The agent works and you don't want to be the one who restarts it. You want it monitored, logged, and kept up with model and API changes, by a person who answers.

  • Runs on the same Vercel and WP Engine stack we host sites on
  • Monitoring and logs you can read; alerts a person actually reads
  • Model and API changes handled before they break anything
  • We host the agent like we host the site

What we run it on ourselves

Our own shop runs on it every day: prompt systems, coding agents, bulk edits across dozens of client sites, and the free site check on this website. We don't sell anything here we don't use.

What people ask first

Which models do you use?

Whatever fits the job. We're not tied to one vendor, and we tell you the running cost per month before we build, so there are no surprises on the bill.

Will it replace someone?

Usually it removes the part of a job nobody wanted. If it would do more than that, we say so plainly before you decide.

What if it gives wrong answers?

Every agent we ship has a fallback to a person and a log you can read. When it's unsure it asks; when it's wrong you can see why and fix the instruction.

Next step

Tell us what you're trying to build, fix, or connect.

Send the site, the problem, and roughly what you want it to do. You'll get a reply within 24 to 48 hours with a first read and the next step. English or Spanish.
